Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of polarpouch.shop (the "Store"), operated by Niklass Jansons, Riga, Latvia ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We try to show products accurately. Colours may vary slightly from the photos, some of which are styled or AI-generated imagery. Pet pouch hoodies are designed for cats and small dogs up to about 9 kg / 20 lb. Always supervise your pet while they are in the pouch, and never leave a pet unattended in it.

2. Orders and prices

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error, and will refund any payment in full. Prices may change without notice but never after you've placed an order.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including the Polar Pouch name, logo, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY OF REGISTRATION]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
